Methods This was cross-sectional, prospective case-control study, including patients, aged 18-40 years-old, HC matched by gender age (ratio 2:1). Morning baseline IB measured using ELISA. Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) ECLIA. Sociodemographic phenotypic features controls were collected.Subfertility defined < 89pg/mL, AMH <1.66 ug/L 0-24 years old group; <1.18 25-29 <0.67 30-34 <0.77 35-39 <0.01 40-44 <2 under 40 considered low. Results A total 163 individuals included: 83 (58 CD, median 28 old, RIQ 24-36; 25 HC, 31 26-37) 80 (50 26 21-36; 30 28, 26-32). Sedentary lifestyle more frequent vs (46% 3,3%, p<0,001). 24% 8% had clinical activity (IHB >4). Low (<2ug/L) older than HC: 95% (18/19) 44% (4/9) p=0.001, an OR presenting 2 3.28 (IC 95%, 1.6-6.4) >30 old. The average serum level similar between [1.83 (1.04-3.34) vs. 2.74 (1.05-4.12) g/L, p=0.4]. Abnormal rate rank not different groups population (11/50, 22% EC 7/30, 23% CS, p=0.9,). levels significantly lower [169 (140-217) 232 (178-274) p=0.001]. <89 pg/mL detected any 6% (n=3) In multivariate analysis, only no association or treatments found. Conclusion Women have higher risk general (<2).These data could be helpful at council desire progeny. concentration compared HC.
